Just a blog to keep everything that inspires me in one place

Everything about this cupcake display is perfect, but the detail that caught my eye was the use of the metal basket. It seems like a simple way to add some height to a dessert table, while looking a little rustic and playful at the same time. Seems perfect for an outdoor celebration such as this one.

You need:- two balls of colored cotton thread, rather thick - small praline-flavored moulds, colored paper - a needle with a big hole - scissorsTo create a cheerful and colored garland, it is very easy.First cut the bottom of the moulds by leaving them in the others. An adult can help you to make the first hole. Then, with the needle you cross a cotton thread through mould by paying attention not to make a hole too much near the edge. Then you cross the other cotton thread on the other side of the mould. You can also cross several moulds at the same time on the threads. You can decide on the length of your garland before, otherwise do not cut at once the threads before having finished. To finish, you unwind balls, you move the small moulds by leaving a space between each of them. You cut the threads and you make a knot on each side of her it.There it is ! It’s finished ! You can decorate your room or make other for a birthday or a party !(via Ringo: Ringo | petit atelier de création pour les enfants)

Party Planning: Pilot Party

sunset-vine:

My grandfather was a pilot and my family has been collecting airplanes since I can remember. After stumbling on the Hip Hip Hooray! website and consulting with my favorite little cousin, his next party will not only be a fun travel inspired party, but it will also help remind us of the memory of our “Granda” and his passion for the air. Here is more information (including these pictures).

This is an absolutely adorable kids party. But what about a goodbye or welcome back party for a friend going abroad. Unfortunately I am the last of my friends to get back from their study abroad, but maybe someday I could use some of these ideas. Especially the invitations and passport photos.
